Paneled Bifold Doors made of Ash - Six foot wide

This was part of an entryway remodel which involved tearing out the carpet on the stairs and landing and replacing the original treads, risers, skirt boards, base molding, door casing, window casing and landing with Northern Michigan Ash.

This is a router jig made to mortise the stiles for the bifold doors. Used a template bushing in the router

These are the Bifold Door stiles after the mortise's were cut and corners chiseled square.

This is in the process of test fittting the rails to the stiles in one of sections of the bifold doors.
